So many caregivers that I meet and speak too get caught up in the web of not knowing where to turn to for guidance and direction when providing care for a loved one. There are so few books out there in the marketplace that address caregiving, and even fewer that may address your particular situation.

Additionally, as a caregiver, we really don't have time to sit and read about what we're doing or what we need to do...that could make what we're doing a little better...because we're doing it, right? (Smile!)
No one tells us and it's not really intuitive for us to know that we're going to , in some cases have to take on all of these roles:
Case Manager

Physical Therapist

Speech Therapist

Respiratory Therapist

Occupational Therapist

Pharmacist

Nurse

...in the middle of being mother, father, sister, brother, uncle, aunt, husband wife...

How many times have you been caught in the middle of being the go between and having to explain to one doctor what the other one said or having to explain that that test was already done or that that medication has already been tried but didn't work or we can use that "x" because it causes "x" and so on

...and so on...

...and so forth...

There has GOT to be a better way!!!!!

Not saying that I am the total solution, but I am more than willing to provide professional and personal guidance and direction  for you and with you on a consultative basis. There is no need for you to go crazy while trying to provide the best care that you can for your loved one. Believe me, I know; been there...and am still there.
